Made to Order + Limited Batch

SOMBRES items are released in limited batches. Some items are made to order, which means production begins after the supply run closes.

Production Timelines

Standard made-to-order items: ship in 1 to 3 weeks

Pre-orders: ship in 4 to 6 weeks

Shipping Speed (After Ship Date)

USA (USPS): 5 to 7 business days

Canada: 10 to 15 business days

International: 10 to 18 business days

DHL Express (International): 3 to 10 business days

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order is packaged and a shipping label is created.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before your order ships.
