When will my order arrive?

Orders have two stages: production + shipping.

Standard made-to-order items ship in 1 to 3 weeks

Pre-orders ship in 4 to 6 weeks After shipping, delivery is typically 5 to 7 business days in the USA.

Check the item description for product-specific timelines.

I placed my order, but haven’t received tracking information.

Tracking is emailed once your order is packaged and a shipping label is created.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us ASAP. We can only update addresses before your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, for full-priced items only, as long as the item is unworn and meets our return guidelines.

Are pre-orders refundable?

No. Pre-orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Are discounted or sale items refundable?

No. Discounted/sale items are final sale.

Are returns free?

Free returns are available for full-priced US orders only, in exchange for store credit.
