The Lore Hub is the gateway into the SOMBRES world. Every drop is tied to a character, an artifact, and a chapter. If you want the story behind the pieces, start here.
2) How do I read the lore?
Pick a character. Read their file. Then follow the artifacts and chapters in order. New pages unlock as drops release.
3) Do I need to read the lore to buy?
No. You can shop normally. The lore is there if you want the deeper experience and to understand what each piece represents.
4) What’s inside each Character File?
Each file includes: origin, personality, abilities, enemies/allies, artifacts, and the scenes that connect to the clothing drops.
5) What are “Artifacts”?
Artifacts are story items that exist in-universe and on the products. Think of them as the key objects that power the characters and mark each drop.
6) When do new chapters drop?
New lore updates release with each drop. If you want early access and restock alerts, join the House newsletter.
7) Where should I start?
Start with Unlucky (Risk Taker arc). Then Cherry Bomb. Sin comes later.

We understand that plans can change. Our policy below explains what is eligible for returns, exchanges, and store credit.
Eligible Returns + Exchanges (Full-Price Items Only)
We accept returns/exchanges on full-priced items only, as long as the item is in new condition and meets the guidelines below.
Not Eligible (Final Sale)
No refunds or exchanges on:
- Pre-order items
- Discounted items
- Sale items
Free Returns (Store Credit Only)
Free returns are available for full-priced US orders only, in exchange for store credit.
If you request a refund instead of store credit, return shipping may not be covered.
Return Conditions
All returned items must:
- Be unworn with no wear and tear
- Have no stains
- Show no signs of excess usage
- Be well packaged to avoid damage in transit

SOMBRES items are released in limited batches. Some items are made to order, which means production begins after the supply run closes.
Production Timelines
- Standard made-to-order items: ship in 1 to 3 weeks
- Pre-orders: ship in 4 to 6 weeks
Always check the item description for the most accurate timeline for that specific product.
Shipping Speed (After Ship Date)
- USA (USPS): 5 to 7 business days
- Canada: 10 to 15 business days
- International: 10 to 18 business days
- DHL Express (International): 3 to 10 business days
